eZee Forza Electric Bike Review

The eZee Forza electric bike is one of the newer models from eZee.

The Forza is a quality build and when you start riding you can tell it is well engineered. It seems eZee have just about mastered their electric bicycles.

No doubt the all black frame will be a favourite for many, however, it's the mixture of silver and black of the Torq and Cadence that get my vote as the best looking eZee electric bicycles, but I'm sure many will disagree.

The motor works well just like in the other eZee bicycles. The battery is also good, while the bicycle can reach a range of 25 to 30+ miles. however, this heavily depends on how much pedalling you do.

On the road the Forza is solid, but on bumpier sidelanes and tracks the Forza shows its true quality build and good suspension. The Forza features suspension alloy crown 50mm travel front forks, and the seat has suspension, making it very comfortable on road.

Accessories

The 'free' accessories that come with the eZee electric bicycles, including the bell, lights, and kick stand, are nothing to get exited about. For the price you're paying for the Forza (aprox $2200 / £1330), thet are quite disappointing. The bell is clearly low quality, the lights are not very bright, and the kick stand is not very stable.

So What Does It Offer?

The eZee Forza electric bike offers 26" Marathon Plus tyres, 13G stainless steel spokes, Shimano BRM 545 Disc brakes at front, there is the choice of a Magura hydraulic rim brake, then there is a Shimano Disc brake at rear, Shimano Deore 9 Speeds for gearing, and the LED light powered by main battery.

The motor is a 200W (Australia, NZ, Singapore ), 250w (EU) , 350w (USA) Brushless DC hub motor with planetary gears like all other eZee models, the battery is a 370 Watt hour Li+ polymer that takes 4 - 5 hours to charge.

eZee Forza Conclusion

The eZee Forza is a solid, reliable, and well built eZee bike. However, when you turn the power assistance to max, the Forza turns into a really fun electric bicycle.

The eZee Forza electric bike is one of the more expensive eZee bikes, and will cost you around $2200 / £1330.

But, if you're a serious rider, the Forza is a quality electric bicycle and should certainly be considered.
