• They can climb those hills that regular bikes can't.
• Is next to absolutely zero maintainance.
• They are the next BIG thing. Meaning they are cool.

Problems With Electric Bicycles Update

As you may have noticed, nearly all of the problems with electric bicycles come down to one thing, technology. But as demand has increased over the years, technology has been able to improve.

Recently Toshiba invested $332m; £224m for it's electric bicycle battery, the SCiB.

• Prices now vary for different price ranges, plus demand is increasing which lowers prices.
• Electric bicycle technology has become much smaller, lighter, and more advanced. This has made electric bikes much more comfortable and enjoyable.
• Many electric bicycle parts are now offered with a guarantee, and will last long enough that you won't need to worry about replacement parts for quite some time.
• Range and charging time has significantly improved, which is great news for everyone.

This makes it clear that there are many extremely satisfied electric bike buyers today, but there are still a number who feel they have been let down. There is one reason for this, they did not take good advice.
